I have now found a healthy balance in my diet and exercise routine. A lifestyle that suits me & my goals. Something that comes easily to me, because it is in line with what I want and who I want to be. In addition, I am so much more powerful & I have also become much more self-confident through more self-love and acceptance. I now swim with the current, instead of against it. That gives so much peace and energy.
