Meet Saskia!
Hey, igoonies!
My name is Saskia and I am proud to say that I am part of team IGOON! Let me tell you a little more about myself.
As a certified trainer and nutrition coach, I have become passionate about the power of sports and nutrition. This passion has helped me become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. I used to think this meant I had to be perfectly toned and toned, but now I realize I can be happy with who I am without conforming to the perfect Instagram model image!
It's important to know that I haven't always been in this position. I have struggled with emotional eating, weight gain and the opposite, losing weight extremely quickly, and feeling constantly dissatisfied with my own body!
So, I understand better than anyone what it feels like to not feel good about yourself and to have a complicated relationship with yourself.
What has helped me enormously is to stop comparing myself to others, but that is easier said than done. I started unfollowing people I looked up to and continued to follow people who inspire me. I have grown to love myself and become my own best friend!
Of course we all have our ups and downs, but always remember: at the end of the day you can look back, reflect and be proud of yourself, because: I & You Go On!🚀
