General

In order to assist you as best as possible, we would like to receive an email with your question via igoon@info.nl or a message via our socials @igoonofficial. Please note: we do ask that you please choose one of these methods for your question, as contacting us via multiple channels for the same question will delay other IGOONIES with a question.

What information do I need to send?
So that we can resolve your request as quickly as possible, we ask you to include your order number, your email address, and any photos. We will of course try to process your request as quickly as possible.

Since we only have one Earth to live on, we must take good care of it. As part of our sustainability plan, we have therefore chosen not to have separate labels made for the products. So don't be alarmed if you receive an item without labels, it's all part of our plan! :)

If you decide to get rid of an item after many workouts, don't throw them in the trash right away. If you can't find a new use for them, we recommend finding a local textile recycling bank to dispose of them responsibly.

The same applies to the product and shipping bags. We hope to soon develop 100% biodegradable bags, so that you can make your plants happy with our bags. For now, we recommend that you follow government recycling policies and procedures.

In principle, we always recommend choosing the size that you would normally wear.

If you are still not sure about your size after looking at the size chart on the product page, please send us a message and we will help you find your size!

Do not worry! It is certainly possible that your item will be back in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you when an item will be back in stock, but we will be happy to send you an email as soon as the item is available again.

To do this, go to the product page of the item, choose your size and then leave your email address. You will then automatically receive a message as soon as your item is back in stock!

We have listed the washing instructions for you here:

• Wash inside out in hand wash at 30º Celsius.
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
• Hang to dry, do not tumble dry, wring out or iron.
• Avoid contact with rough materials, such as Velcro.
• Do not iron over the logo.

We do not have specific guidelines for a sponsored athlete because everyone is unique and special to us. A tip we can give is to remain unique, to be yourself and to inspire others with this. What is your: I Go On - story? It is not just about you as an athlete, but much more about how you can positively influence others.

Make sure you follow our Social Media channels (@igoonofficial) and tag us on your Social Media posts, so that we can spot you as a potential new athlete. If you think we missed you, send us a message yourself and who knows!

We are currently not looking for new athletes, but please send us a message if you are interested!

Shipping & Returns

Ordered before 9:00 PM on workdays, delivered tomorrow!

When you spend above €40 (NL) and €65 (BE) your order will be shipped for free!
Standard delivery costs within NL and BE are: €4.95.

During busier periods it may sometimes take longer for your order to be shipped.

* Working days exclude weekends and any public holidays.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. You can then track your order via the tracking link in the email.

If you haven't received an email yet, don't worry! During busier periods it may take 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped and therefore for you to receive an email. We strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Although we are confident in the quality of our items, it may happen that you want to send something back to us. Of course that's possible!

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return your item(s). Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after this.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition including the zip bag, or we cannot accept them.

Please note: return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If the total amount of the order after return is less than the amount of free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
