Shipping

We aim to deliver items within 1 to 2 working days to the address provided or the collection point chosen by the consumer. Ordered before 9:00 PM on workdays will be delivered the next day. All delivery times are indicative. During busier periods it may sometimes take longer for your order to be shipped.

We currently deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL.

When your order is above €50 (NL,BE) shipping will be free! Otherwise the shipping costs are: €4.95

Would you like to have your order insured? That is possible, then choose the option PostNL + Track&Trace + Insure your order. This protects you against your package being lost or damaged by the courier.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track-and-trace code so you can track your order.

If you haven't received an email yet, don't worry! It can sometimes take 24-48 hours before your order is shipped and therefore before you receive an email. Still worried? Please contact us by email.

Return

Although we are confident in the quality of our products, it may happen that you want to return something to us, for example because you needed a different size, that is possible! Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after delivery. After notifying us you still have 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the purchase price of the returned items. The costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. Unless otherwise agreed.

If the total amount of the order after return is less than the amount of free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please contact us via email before returning an item, so that we are aware and can handle this properly.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. For more information, please refer to clauses 7, 8, 9 of the General Terms and Conditions Conditions .
